About the Role:As the Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the creative vision of LinkViva in Saudi Arabia. You will have a firm grasp of the creative demands within the region and be responsible for turning clients visions into creative realities. This role is multifaceted, requiring expertise in multiple disciplines, including event design, strategy, branding, and content creation. You will also have the opportunity to manage and develop creative staff.In this role, you will be responsible for:1. Creative Vision and Strategy: Define and lead the creative vision and strategy for Link Viva in Saudi Arabia, aligning it with the companys overall goals. Translate client briefs and visions into innovative and compelling creative concepts. Work with the Dubai office and their creative team to ensure the necessary resources are available to ensure pitches are delivered on time. Work with all third-party agencies to ensure all output encapsulates the needs, design and knowledge for the Saudi Arabian market. Ensure all creative output delivers to a necessary standard of professionalism.2. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and expectations. Present creative proposals and ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed. Amend proposals to ensure and over deliver on client expectations. Ensure the most appropriate creative execution to ensure pitches are won.3. Multi-Disciplinary Creativity: Oversee and contribute to the creation of event concepts, designs, branding, and content that resonate with Saudi audiences. Ensure the seamless integration of various creative elements into events and campaigns.4. Portfolio of Executions: Showcase a diverse portfolio of successful creative executions in Saudi Arabia, including work with key organizations and government bodies.5. Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative creative environment within the team.6. Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards in all creative work, ensuring attention to detail and consistency. Review and approve creative materials and designs before client presentations.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 8 years experience in delivering and executing Creative concepts. Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a Senior Creative role, with proven experience and exposure in the Saudi Arabian market. Demonstrated success in managing and developing creative teams. Exceptional creative thinking, problem-solving, and concept development skills. Proficiency in Graphic Design and Multimedia software. A Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. Strong knowledge of the Saudi cultural landscape and creative trends.
