Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Courier Dispatcher to join our team. As a Courier Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in managing the coordination and communication between our couriers and customers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure the smooth and timely delivery of packages to their destination.Responsibilities

  • Dispatch couriers for deliveries, ensuring efficient routes and timely deliveries
  • Monitor all incoming orders and prioritize based on urgency and delivery requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and proof of delivery
  • Communicate with couriers regarding any changes or updates to delivery instructions
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Monitor courier performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve any delivery-related issues and ensure optimal service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a dispatching or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with logistics software and databases
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
