The ideal candidate should be ready to work anywhere in KSA and have a proven track record of success in counter sales.Position: Counter Sales ExecutivePlace of Work: JeddahExperience: Minimum 3 yearsImmediate Hiring – Local HiringNOTE: - FMCG experience is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the sales counter.- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their purchasing experience.- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.- Manage inventory levels at the sales counter, including restocking and organizing products.- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and goals.- Keep the sales area clean and organized to create an inviting shopping environment.Requirements:- a degree in business or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in counter sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and support.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions.- Must be willing to travel and work anywhere in KSA.
