Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes based on project drawings, BOQs, and specificationsAnalyze project requirements and develop cost breakdown structuresWork closely with procurement and engineering teams to gather pricing and technical inputsEvaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and compare against project budgetsAssist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Aramco and other clientsTrack cost variances and support project control functions during executionEnsure compliance with Aramco pricing and estimation standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 4 years of relevant experience, including Aramco project estimationStrong knowledge of construction cost estimation tools, Excel, and pricing softwareFamiliar with Aramco procedures, SAPMT workflows, and bidding practicesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specificationsExcellent analytical and communication skills
