This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial efficiency and growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems to monitor and analyze production costs.- Prepare and analyze cost reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with financial objectives.- Work closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather data and ensure accurate cost allocation.- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes, recommending improvements to optimize resource usage and minimize waste.- Support management with pricing strategies, cost proposals, and margin analysis for new projects and product lines.- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry standards.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in cost controlling within a manufacturing environment (minimum 5 years).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits.
