Cost Recording, Monitoring, Analyzing, Reporting & Controlling. ? Keeping track of all project expenditures, Budget, Best Estimate, Petty Cash etc. ? Manage workload effectively to meet the business and finance deadlines set. ? Monitoring & controlling Projects Budget and Cash Flow (Planned Vs Actual) ? Analyze cost report and communicate the result of cost report properly to the Project and Egis Corporate team. ? Proactively identify cost variances, risk areas and mitigations. ? Ensuring costs are correctly allocated to cost Codes and review correct coding of requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, estimates, variations. ? Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. ? Assist the Project Director to monitor the budget/expenses and margin. ? Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Profile? Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required. ? Excellent time management and organizational ability. ? Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and/or other accounting packages. ? Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English. ?
