-Bachelors degree or above, majoring in Engineering Management or related fields.-More than 5 years of experience in budget management for large-scale construction or municipal projects, with experience in the Middle East preferred. Proficiency in English or Arabic is a plus.-Fully responsible for cost control and management of the companys engineering projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient completion of the projects within the budget.-Develop and improve the project cost management system and processes, supervise the preparation of project budgets, cost accounting, and cost analysis.-Review project budgets, cost estimation reports, and cost breakdowns to ensure consistency with company financials and contract terms.-Track the cost consumption during project execution, conduct dynamic cost analysis, and provide optimization recommendations.-Evaluate and control contract costs with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the optimal balance between cost and quality.
