We are Hiring On local transfer (Iqama Transfer) for the Mention below Position.Cost Control EngineerQualifications:Candidate must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree Holder in Engineering (Mechanical)6+ years of experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Control, or Project Financial Management.Preferably experienced in construction oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing sectorsProficient in cost management software (eg. SAP, Primavera P6)Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and advance excel data analysis:Prepare cost estimates and develop project budgets.Track actual vs budgeted costs; analyze variance and risksGenerate cost reports and support cash flow forecastingReview change orders, claims and ensure expenditure complianceCoordinate with teams on cost strategies and negotiate cost efficienciesImplement cost control processes and ensure compliance with financial policiesPreparation of Payment ApplicationReview of Subcontractors and supplier invoicePossess experience & knowledge in Contracts Administration & management
