Job Description

Our ClientA leading technology consultancy are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join their Strategy teamYour Responsibilities

  • Together with Chief Strategy Officer, the Corporate Development Manager will lead the formulation of the companys strategy and will be responsible for internal strategy implementation working closely with other executive team members.
  • This role will also be responsible for compliance activities as well as reporting activities towards main stakeholders - the Board of Directors and Owners and will support Executive Management Team on high stake strategic initiatives and partnerships.
  • Together with CSO lead formulation strategy and run resulting strategic initiatives jointly with the business
  • Drive end-to-end processes related to strategic business development and run high-profile acquisitions, partnership processes, or other high-stakes relationships
  • Help run efficient processes towards Board of Directors and Owners to ensure they are up-to-date on the progress of the company and make efficient decisions
  • Work alongside CSO and CFO on continuous reporting and improvement of main business metrics
  • Manage strategic partnerships and alliances
Your Qualifications
  • .Saudi Nationals Highly Preferred
  • Masters degree in Finance, business administration, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Background from working with technology from investment banking, management consulting, or commercial positions in technology companies
  • Experience with negotiations and/or leading strategic processes
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of managing mixed stakeholder landscapes (customers, end-users, internal resources, partners, etc.)
