Job Description

  • At least 6 years of experience with a strong law firm, large corporation, or other sophisticated business organization
  • Experience providing support to a sophisticated board of directors and/or board committees
  • General corporate experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience providing concise, clear, support to internal clients and,
  • Leadership and mentorship experience.
  • Strong general transactional and securities attorneys are encouraged to apply.
  • Energy industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, power, or oil field services), international or securities experience is a plus.
  • Public company experience also preferred.
  • Candidates must be currently licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in the United States, and have a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school. [change to UK equivalent if that jurisdiction is targeted]
