SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Extracts and validates schedulingperiodical reports from ICIS scheduling data base.3. Apply and maintains closure of officialHolidays Eids, and National Day schedules. Apply Ramadan schedules yearly intimely manner. Plan and apply Hijra dates accordance to Umm-AlQura calendar.4. Coordinates with Medical Departments and/orHR to facilitate and implement any requirements needed in scheduling built.5. Provides and maintains security access toapplication users and health care providers (HCP). Ensures all users ICISpositions and authorities in the application are met with their functions andHR positions.6. Apply, maintains, and validates allsecurities and instructions for appointment types, slots and Resources.7. Ensures, before any modifications appliedto fully booked schedule, to report all patients booked, and whether bookedpatients are covered or will be rescheduled/shuffled.8. Troubleshoot all scheduling application issuesin relation to all other services, modules in ICIS and users.9. Follows all Hospital related policies andprocedures.10. Participates in self and others education,training and development, as applicable.11.
