This position involves close interaction with MENA Contracts professionals, program stakeholders (PMX, Finance, GSCM, GR&C, OGC etc.) GBS ICMS Input Team, and representing MENA Contracts on various Functional and Enterprise collaboration initiatives.The successful candidate will possess, or able to quickly obtain, knowledge of RTN SA Contracts processes and tools. Responsibilities include Contracts policy and procedure management to include all MENA landed companies and affiliates, contract functional data integrity, metrics, reporting, budget management, audits, facilitating learning & training events, leading process establishment / improvement initiatives, and involvement with a variety of commercial activity.The ideal candidate will have strong business management, technical, financial, or project management background and have skillset to reach across all MENA and U.S. locations as key point of contact for RTN SA Contracts Operations. Prior experience with project management or digital technology tools and DCS or other commercial contracting are a plus. Successful candidate must possess the ability to problem solve, develop solutions, and able to support other surge responsibilities and duties as assigned in a fast-paced dynamic internal and external customer business environment.Position Location and Travel: The position is based in the RTN SA Riyadh office. The position reports to RTN SA Contracts Leader and will support all of MENA Contracts organization, including but not limited to REL, and from time-to-time may require some travel through the region or to other RTX facilities across the globe.Required Skills:Strong communication and organizational skills

  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Business fluency in Arabic and English languages
Desired Skills:
  • Exposure to Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracting
  • Experience working with IPT/CPT team environment
  • Experience with cross-border transactions
Required Education (including Major):
  • BA/BS in Business, Law, Finance, or Defense & Electronics technical major
  • Master?s Degree (MBA, LL.M, other) or JD a plus
  • Graduate level education may substitute for x years of experience.
