Job Description

CompanyOur client isa one of the top real estate developers in the GCC. The company develops and manages large scale projects. They are currently looking for a Contract Manager to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
  • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to whats best for the company.
  • Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
Qualification & Requirements:
  • The candidates must hold at least a B.s degree or preferable a candidate who holds a Master degree
  • Possess 15+ years of related experience.
  • Contracts Management experience in large-scale real estate/ consultancy management projects.
  • Have excellent communication & presentation skills.
