RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES:During the kick-off phase, help with transfer and kick-off meetings (on contractual aspects):

Participate in developing purchasing scoping memos for suppliers/subcontractors (Flow-Down)
Establish specific contractual procedures when necessary

During the execution phase, ensure customer relations as delegated by the Program Director(s):

Participate actively in drafting progress reports and updating the contractual schedule
Steer the examination of customer claims, help negotiate their settlement
Identify and steer contractual risks, anticipate them and propose resolutions
Identify possible litigation, develop ways of resolution, carry out their management and treatment
Ensure the identification and monitoring of contractual obligations by the parties, raises alerts in cases of deviations regarding contractual requirements.
Manage contractual correspondence and the contractual input/output data
Monitor the passing of contractual milestones, manage penalties
Monitor billing and customer payments
Help close-out the contract(s)
Collaborate closely with the production team and a variety of internal stakeholders
