Job Summary:The Cooperative Training will be given an overview and training in various contract functions/verticals, The primary coverage will be on the processes based on a two-month program.Major Responsibilities:Collaborative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of respective vertical leaders and will work closely with team leads and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows:Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used by these verticals.Collaborative Trainees would be provided training and expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports/activities including developing and utilizing databases, and various other reports.Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.Conducting research and analysis as required.Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.Education and Experience Requirements:Students must be in the final stages of graduation.Bachelors degree program in Law at an accredited college oruniversityStudents should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculumStudents must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of 4) or (4 out of 5)Excellent skills in oral and written communicationProficient in the use of Microsoft OfficeRequired Knowledge and Skills:Good Communication Skills.
