Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS:LEGAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to provide a comprehensive legal position in all areas of company business.
  • Mastering KSA applicable laws and regulations related mainly to life safety industry.
  • Good understanding of all legal areas in KSA.
  • Good understanding of our business and related operational concerns and risks.
  • Prepares, drafts, reviews, evaluates, and amends legal notices and related correspondences and communications.
  • Identifies legal issues and risks in the contracts and legal documents with a view to assessment of risk and preventing legal/financial exposure.
CONTRACTUAL SKILLS:
  • Reviews, markups, and proposes changes and amendments to the contracts and legal documents.
  • Ability to negotiate and finalize deals with clients.
  • Prepares, drafts, reviews, evaluates, and amends contract terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in law (preferably Business law).
  • Minimum of 7- 10 years experience in legal and contracts
  • Previous working experience in life safety industry
