Job Description

Our client is a largest comprehensive solutions provider for the power industry. They are now looking for a Contract Budget Specialist to join them. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drafting of bidding documents for project subcontracting, preliminary preparation of cost calculation, bidding organization, bidding opening and evaluation organization, contract negotiation, contract signing
  • Responsible for the signed contract and the relevant project departments to disclose the contract
  • Identify the risks of the contract, and work with the relevant departments of the project department to formulate targeted pre-control measures
  • Responsible for the progress settlement and completion settlement of the subcontracted project.
  • Responsible for the progress settlement of the project department and the general contractor
Preference
  • Expected date to join - ASAP
Qualifications:
  • Engaged in engineering technology management and project cost management of overseas projects for 3 years or more
  • Have a good knowledge of English and Chinese language in listening, speaking, reading and writing
  • Strong business communication, coordination and negotiation skills, strong writing and language skills.
