The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing, reviewing, and overseeing all contractual agreements related to construction projects. They ensure compliance with contractual terms, manage contractual risks, and coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and change orders in coordination with legal and project teams.Ensure all contractual obligations are met by all parties involved.Monitor project progress and ensure contractual terms are adhered to.Manage contract documentation, records, and correspondence.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding contractual issues.Identify and resolve contractual issues or disputes in a timely manner.Assist in evaluating and assessing contractual risks and liabilities.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.Support in the procurement process and manage contractual aspects of purchase orders and service agreements.Prepare reports and documentation related to contract status, changes, and compliance.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.Knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and industry standards.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
