Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team!What Youll Be Doing:Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and proceduresDevelops and maintains Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures, and related documents. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with standards, regulations, and regulatory commitments.Performing routine inspections and quality testsAddress and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.Document quality activities and create audit reports.Make recommendations for improvement opportunity.Identify broken processes that negatively affect the customer experience and escalate as appropriate.What Required Skills Youll Bring:Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)Typically 8+ years of related work experience .Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal)Saudi Nationals only.What Desired Skills Youll Bring:Proven work experience as a Quality Specialist or similar roleWorking knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of qualitySolid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (ISO9001, ISO19011..etc..)Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailRelevant training and/or certifications as a Quality SpecialistDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
