Construction Manager - Electrical | Al Futtaim Real Estate | Al Futtaim Engineering & TechnologiesOverview of the role :ÿÿElectrical Construction Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of electrical components within construction projects, from planning stages through to final installation and testing.ÿWhat you will do :ÿ

  • Managing and supervising electrical construction teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.
  • Provide updates on project advancement to the Project Manager while concurrently reporting progress to the Planning department.
  • Liaise with the main contractor and coordinator for activity clearances
  • Maintain adequate levels of material and manpower required for construction activities
  • Verify and enforce the correct sequencing of activities
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that electrical systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
