Join a prestigious Interior Designing and Fit-Out company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia!We are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager – Fitout to oversee and deliver high-quality, fast-paced restaurant and food & beverage projects from concept to completion. If you’re passionate about the fast-paced fit-out industry and possess the expertise to drive successful project outcomes, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit out projects for restaurants, cafs, and F&B outlets.Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project milestones.Ensure construction work is executed according to design, specifications, and brand standards.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols on-site.Liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reportsRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience managing fitout projects, with a focus on restaurant and F&B environments.Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.Strong understanding of coordination, kitchen services, and F&B-specific finishes.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
