JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of villas, buildings, and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion. JASARA PMC is a leading program management company dedicated to delivering excellence in construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction projects, including villas, buildings, and infrastructure. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project documentation. Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.Desired Candidate ProfileProfile: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A minimum of 20 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry ideally have international experience but the majority of work experience in the GCC. Proven track record of successfully managing villa, building, and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
