Job Description

  • Experience related to data privacy and protection compliance.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building trust.
  • Experience with program management on cross-functional projects.
  • Understanding of large-scale data privacy and protection challenges, requirements, policies, standards, and implementation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Data privacy certification (e.g. CIPP).
  • A compliance background and experience working with companies with multi-jurisdiction scope and coverage.
  • In-depth experience in managing data protection and privacy projects.
  • Project management certification. Task Description:
    • You will be required to perform the following: Support the delivery of the global data privacy and protection policy program to ensure that Saudi Aramco and its subsidiaries are compliant with privacy laws and regulations. Support Saudi Aramco with privacy projects including cybersecurity and cloud related. Support (as business needs arise) other regulatory compliance areas (e.g. trade compliance) in managing its projects and policy implementation. Work closely with other team members to address privacy issues. Utilize project reporting tools to track planning, scheduling, issues, risks, and the overall status of privacy programs Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives such as cross-functional training and upskilling, etc. Providing general support and assistance to the Data Privacy Regulatory Compliance Area Lead, together with the wider data privacy team.
