We are seeking experienced and skilled Cooks to join our kitchen team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations- Work efficiently and effectively to meet kitchen deadlines and demands- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposalRequirements:- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and demands in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and stand for long periodsPreferred Qualifications:- Background in five-star hotels, particularly in commerce or central kitchens- Experience in heavy-duty central kitchens or coffee shops- Familiarity with high-volume food preparation and presentation- Knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniquesPersonal Qualities:- Strong and energetic, with the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment- Enthusiastic and passionate about cooking and providing excellent customer service- Willing to learn and take on new challenges, with a positive and adaptable attitude
