Job Description

This is your opportunity to be part of a global organization.You will act as a specialist, working on a variety of tasks to support the strategic objectives of the commercial organization and share best practices including specification support, product advice, approval librarian, My Hempel etc.Be part of a customer-focused team and get the opportunity to leave your markAs a Commercial Support Executive, your primary responsibility is to work independently on BTL customers (Self-service, Sustain) and supports ATL customers (Growth/Nurture).Here?s some of the other things you can look forward to:

  • CRM Opportunities Pipeline and follow up (BTL).
  • Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS.
  • Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving).
  • Support for customer product queries ? basic technical advice.
  • Support Commercial organization in documentation (maintenance plans, guarantees, approvals).
  • My Hempel support (account set up, support and training at customers).
  • Technical submittals (tenders).
  • To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
  • Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
