  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and budgeting.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the organizations budget in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
