To develop and implement of a robust set of codes and standards aimed at delivering a safe and sustainable built environment and infrastructure developmentClient DetailsOur client is a development company focussing on a large scale mixed use development projectDescriptionResponsible for the development of codes related to health, safety, fire and securityContinuously review the codes and standards set aimed at ensuring safe and sustainable infrastructure developmentDevelop codes related to health, safety, fire and security and sustainable architecture, urban design as requiredDevelop environmental codes and sustainability guidelines, and review businesses environmental procedures to ensure compliance with stated guidelinesDirect the development of the codes, guidelines and standards framework, policies, processes and systems applicable for all assets/infrastructure developmentEnsure compliance to the set codes and standards for all asset/infrastructure projectsMonitor the market to identify the latest trends and norms in the field of codes and standards for potential adoption.Oversee control of operations of businesses for renewal of licenses and permitsDevelop the Departments strategy, objectives, KPIs annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.Prepare and submit the Departments annual budget for approval taking all planned activities and necessary investments into consideration by monitoring the financial performance.ProfileBachelors Degree and engineering or relevant filed.
