Key Responsibilities: Lead and organize the coating team to ensure timely completion of coating tasks.Monitor coating application processes to maintain quality and adherence to safety standards.Inspect coated surfaces for defects and ensure proper surface preparation.Implement project schedules and coordinate with other construction teams.Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.Maintain documentation of coating activities and quality reports.Report progress and issues to project management.Requirements: Relevant work experience in SAUDI ARAMCO Oil & Gas Pipeline projects.Proven experience as a Coating Crew Supervisor or similar role.Knowledge of pipeline coating techniques and materials.Strong leadership and communication skills.Immediate availability in Saudi Arabia preferred.
