CNC Operator/EngineerJob Location: Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:1.Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and translate specifications into CNC programs using CAM software (ESPRIT) Program and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to create precision parts2.According to design specifications, Optimize CNC programs for efficiency, considering factors like cycle Time, toolpath, and material usage.3.Set up and verify machine setups, ensuring proper tooling and workholding for each job.4.Conduct first article inspections and make adjustments to programs as needed to meet Quality standards.5.Maintain accurate documentation of CNC programs, setups, and machine Performance.6.Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine malfunctions, ensuring smooth operation.7.Collaborate with engineers and other production personnel to ensure efficient and Timely completion of projects.8.Load, secure, and unload raw materials onto CNC machines.9.Inspect and measure parts using callipers, micrometres, and other quality control tools.10.Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines.11.Maintain accurate logs of production runs, quality checks, and machine performance.12.Identify and address minor machine malfunctions, ensuring smooth operation.13.Identify and address all necessary tools.Qualification, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:?Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.?Proven experience as a CNC programmer/operator in a manufacturing environment.?Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam).?Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles, G-code programming, and machining operations.?Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders.?Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.?Knowledge of quality control processes and metrology techniques.?Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
