Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Milling professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah & EP). As a CNC Milling professional, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in CNC milling, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to specifications
  2. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to determine the machining operations required
  3. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  4. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy
  5. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  6. Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve machining processes and techniques
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and regulations
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC milling machines
  2. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings
  3. Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques
  4. Experience with tool selection, setup, and maintenance
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues
  6. Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality precision components
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  9. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
