Were looking to hire the best talented resources over the region to provide a unique services to a variety of clients.Job description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CMMI Consultant and Expert to join our team. As a CMMI Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations in their journey towards maturity and process improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support in implementing and assessing processes based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) framework. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve CMMI Level 4 or higher, preferably ML5, for development.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor CMMI implementation strategies accordingly.
  • Assess organizational processes and identify gaps and improvement areas based on CMMI best practices.
  • Design, document, and implement CMMI-compliant processes at the organizational level.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on CMMI concepts and methodologies.
  • Provide guidance and support in process modeling and standards such as BPMN 2.0 and EPC.
  • Conduct assessments and audits to evaluate process compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of CMMI practices within the organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align processes with business objectives and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, MS Visio, and SharePoint for project lifecycle management and service delivery.
  • Lead projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure effective communication and quality assurance in IT application development.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CMMI and related frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Five or more years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) operations management.
  • COPIT Certified Implementation.
  • Certified CMMI Professional.
  • Certified in process modeling and standards such as BPMN 2.0 and EPC.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with CMMI-DEV, ITIL, and CMMI-SVC.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, MS Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with organizations assessed at CMMI Level 4 or higher for development, preferably ML5.
  • Prior participation in CMMI Level 4 or higher assessments.
  • Proven track record of designing and documenting processes at the organizational level.
  • Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies and the SDLC.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in leading projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective workshop facilitation and client interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
