Hotel in Saudi Arabia in Al Khobar. voco? Al Khobar, a location like no other, connected to all the delights of the city, moments from shopping, dining and entertainment experiences.? Assist in planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.? Using the full marketing mix for the company?s marketing communications? Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.? Understanding the product as per IHG brand standards? Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.? Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.? Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met? Create awareness of and develop the brand youre marketing? Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships? Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns? Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities? Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio? Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts? Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns? Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts? Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook) to enhance audience engagement? Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions ? Source and secure sponsorship? Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots? Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials? Maintain and update customer databases? Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups? Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external. Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local communityDiploma or equivalent qualifications in Marketing, Business or Hospitality Management desired, and a minimum of three years of relevant marketing experience in Hospitality or related service industry. Expected to possess the following skills:? In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and techniques? Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates and marketing programmes ? Excellent PC skills (including MS Office)? Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Note: This position is for Saudi Nationals Only
