Job Description

Cluster Learning & Development DirectorWe are looking for a Cluster Learning & Development Director in both Pullman Zamzam Makkah & Madina establish and maintain a spirit of enthusiasm, cooperation and resourcefulness among all contacts and ensure a united effort in building on going training and retaining into the mainstream of daily hotel operations.Being a Pullman employee means embodying and conveying the brand mindset through the values of open mindedness, forward thinking and drive.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for developing guest satisfaction & developing the necessary related skills
  • Responsible for establishing a hotel system for generating training data and evaluating training results.
  • Monitor associate performance, develops, and executes training programs to achieve and surpass productivity standards.
  • provide consultation regarding opportunities and resources supporting professional development and personnel growth.
  • Influence the skills, knowledge and attitude of both hotels team members.
  • Ensure the availability and use of effective learning resources in both hotels
  • Communicate as requested to Accor Head Office / Academie Accor Middle East.
  • Train departmental trainers, mentors and/or team members
  • Ensure achievement of brand associate training standards
  • Manage supervisory and management skills training
  • Participate as active members on both hotels safety, quality assurance and heads of department committees.
Your experience and skills include:
  • 6 to 7 years of experience
  • Aware of the Learning & Development criteria
  • Previous experience in Accor hotels is preferable
  • Highly responsible, organized & reliable
  • Excellent English lanugage
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
