Michael Stroik, director of 3MgivesThe Impact You?ll Make in this RoleAs a Clinical Specialist (m/f/*) in Medical Solution Division at 3M Saudi Arabia, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting and promoting profitable business results through the execution of current business strategies
• Promoting high level customer relationships via clinical support for the sales and marketing teams
• Providing leadership in the field through coordination of clinical programs and product education, inclusive of clinical study/paper reviews with the field sales team, and cross-functional departments including marketing, channel, and sales training. Interface and engage with Regional Scientific Affairs team, as necessary
• Demonstrating expert-level knowledge of the entire assigned product line (along with a working knowledge of other business unit product lines)
• Maintaining on-going knowledge of market activity and competitive products and programs
• Driving utilization of products through clinical and product education and through serving in an advisory role to our customers (both internal and external) regarding Medical Solution Division (Vascular Access & Securement) formularies, protocol, policies, and procedures. This includes assisting marketing with development and implementation of internal and external product promotional programs
• Supporting product trials/evaluations, in-servicing, and conversion activities for assigned account targets and as needed
• Providing clinical input and leadership to field sales and marketing on a regular basis
• Providing clinical assistance to marketing, sales training, and channel teams
• Delivering effective communications with key customers, both internal and external
• Effectively driving projects from start to completion
• Implementing quality improvement project (QIP) with Key customers

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Clinical Education experience in hospital Critical Care settings is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all relevant functions
• 5-8 years in Clinical Education in relevant market
