About the Role:As the Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing Link Viva to clients and creating tailored event solutions to meet their needs. You will leverage your comprehensive event experience in the region to engage with Saudi corporates and government entities effectively. The ability to understand the sales process, present to clients, and deliver results is essential for this role.In this role, you will be responsible for:1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ministries, and government departments in Saudi Arabia. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.2. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.3. Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and challenges. Create customized event solutions that align with client goals and budget.4. Presentation and Communication: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of Link Vivas services. Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, concerns, and feedback.5. Market Understanding: Stay informed about the events sector in Saudi Arabia, including trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Identify and pursue new business prospects within the market.6. Results-Driven Approach: Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and report on sales activities, identifying areas for improvement.7. Passion and Drive: Demonstrate a strong passion for the events industry and a relentless drive to succeed.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:At least 5+ years of experience in a Client Services Management or Commercial Management role.A strong network and a deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape.Experience working with the various Ministries in the region.Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Event Management or a related industry.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Experience in contract pitching for RFPs.A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
