Ensure that shipments are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
DecisionsRecommendationsCorrection of shipment paperworkCorrection of duty payment for routine shipmentsDuty payment for non-routine payment
  • PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Coordination with Operations Agents and Customer Sercvice to folow up hold shipments
  • Checking tariff code currency and valuation of invoice
  • Checking the duty exemption status of the shipments.
  • Visit Ministry of Commerce/Information as appropriate
  • Ensure correct documentation is prepared for clearance and forwarded to Ground Operations in accordance with the procedures
