Civil Technical Civil EngineerRoles and responsibilities :• Appointing and managing a specialized design consultant to verify the structural design of the Project should such verification be required.• Detailed planning, monitoring and control in close coordination of Planning of all Engineering deliverables production, such as shop drawing and materials submittals, and tracking progress in detailed controls registers or logs to ensure timely production, submittal and approval.• Production, coordination, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all Al-RAJHI• BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION shop drawings and using the BIM.• Review, coordination, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all supplier subcontractor produced fabrication and shop drawings.• Plan, scope and initiate procurement of permanent materials and equipment and permanent works subcontracts.• Review, submission and obtaining Engineer approval of all material submittals.• Preparing Al-RAJHI BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION method statements and reviewing subcontractor method statements as appropriate.• Collaborate with QA/QC and Procurement to develop Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) and shop inspection schedules.• Conduct shop inspections and witness factory test as required along with QA/QC and/or Procurement.• Providing technical solutions and clarifications and resolving coordination issues during construction, including raising any required RFIs to the Engineer.🎓Qualifications : 📕 5-10 years experience in site supervision projects.• Can join immediately.🌠Location : Saudi ArabiaðŸ“
