Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry.Proven experience supervising large-scale construction projects.Nationalities accepted: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines.Experience working on USAF projects is an added advantage.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in civil engineering or construction management.Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities on-site.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project progress.Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications.Manage construction staff and subcontractors efficiently.Monitor material usage and control project costs.Prepare progress reports and update project schedules.Conduct inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
