Our company Group is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead our civil engineering projects, including fit out , renovation construction, site grading, utility installations, and infrastructure development. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations on job sites, manage crews of 10-20 workers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. This role involves hands-on supervision, problem-solving in dynamic environments, and maintaining project documentation.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and direct construction crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.Enforce safety protocols and conduct daily site inspections to prevent accidents.Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide project execution.Coordinate equipment usage, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities.Track project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; report issues to project managers.Train and mentor team members on best practices and company policies.Requirements:5+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.Proficiency in reading construction drawings, using surveying tools, and operating heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, bulldozers).Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams in fast-paced settings.Valid drivers license and transferable iqama.Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, Safety /First Aid, or equivalent are highly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in construction management or related field is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
