Key Responsibilities:Lead, guide, and manage site staff, including engineers, foremen, and laborers.Prepare and track work schedules, progress reports, and resource utilization.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth workflow.Ensure correct use and maintenance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and site activities.Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness on-site.Qualifications & Experience:5–8 years in civil construction.Prior experience in Oil & Gas or Construction projects is mandatory.Lifting/Rigging Supervisor, Job Performer Approval, Rigger Level-III or equivalent.
