Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate civil works on-site, including structural, excavation, concreting, and finishing activitiesEnsure work is performed in compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirementsMonitor workforce productivity, material usage, and equipment operationResolve site issues and report progress or delays to the Project Engineer or ManagerEnforce health and safety policies and conduct regular toolbox talksCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection teamsRequirements:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProven experience in civil construction projects (e.g., buildings, infrastructure, roads)Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, materials, and methodsGood communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with site safety protocols and construction management software is an advantage
