Job Summary:Excellence General Contracting Est is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to manage on-site civil construction activities. The role involves supervising site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver work on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor civil construction works at the siteEnsure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standardsCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth workflowMonitor manpower, materials, and equipment usageMaintain site records, progress reports, and ensure timely task completionReport site issues and progress to the project managerRequirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within construction or contractingStrong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site supervisionAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and documentsGood leadership, organizational, and communication skillsDiploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
