Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage civil construction, maintenance, and shutdown activities on-site.Review and interpret civil contract documents, technical drawings, and project specifications.Ensure compliance with Aramco standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth workflow.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and progress reporting.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and clients.Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical and engineering issues.Ensure the proper execution of civil works like excavation, concrete, structural works, and finishing as per project scope.Monitor material procurement, delivery, and inventory management.Ensure HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance at all stages of the project.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.5-6 years of experience in Aramco projects (Construction, Maintenance & Shutdowns).Strong knowledge of civil contract documents, plans, and specifications.Experience in structural works, concrete works, excavation, and finishing.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.Familiarity with Aramco engineering and safety standards.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.Aramco approval or previous Aramco project experience is preferred.
