We are looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs related to civil construction projects. The role includes cost estimation, budgeting, preparing BOQs, verifying contractor claims, and ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specificationsEstimate material, labor, and equipment costsTrack project budgets and update cost plans throughout the project lifecycleReview and certify contractor/vendor invoices and work progressAssist in preparing tender documents, contract conditions, and cost evaluationsMonitor site progress and reconcile quantities on-site vs. plannedIdentify and report variations, claims, and cost overrunsCoordinate with site engineers, planners, and procurement teamsSupport in final account settlement and project closure documentationEnsure compliance with legal and quality standards
