Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.Handle procurement, tender evaluations, and contract administration.Track project costs, identify variations, and ensure cost control.Prepare interim and final payment certificates.Work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in building and villa construction projects.Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.Must be currently based in the UAE.Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and industry practices.Proficient in QS software and MS Office tools.
