5+ Years +Gulf Experience is mandatoryValid IQAMA IS MUSTIf anyone available from Riyadh for Face to Face Interview kindly share your updated resume.Whatsapp: 539960408Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed inspections of civil construction elements: excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishes, and waterproofing—ensuring alignment with project drawings and specifications.Review and verify material test reports (e.g., concrete mix designs, laboratory outcomes), submittals, method statements, and ensure materials conform to quality standards.Expatrplement and monitor ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), QCPs (Quality Control Plans), and related documentation—issue WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, CARs, and ensure timely corrective action.Coordinate daily with project engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively.Maintain comprehensive logs: daily inspection records, NCRs, inspection reports, non-conformance resolution logs, audit findings, and submit to QA/QC Engineer or Project Manager.Support internal and external audits; contribute to quality management enhancements and continuous improvement.
