We are looking for an experienced Civil or Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.Position: Civil/Mechanical EngineerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: Minimum 5–7 years (within the Kingdom)Key Responsibilities:• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for civil and works.• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.• Supervise and coordinate site activities and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical discussions.• Assist in procurement planning and material approvals.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.• Participate in tendering and bidding processes.• Strong knowledge of Saudi market pricing, suppliers, and material availability.Requirements:• Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.• Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia.• Excellent command of quantity surveying and estimation.• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws, local authority procedures, and codes.• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other engineering tools.• Good communication and leadership skills.• Transferable Iqama preferred.
