Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities related to telecom civil works, including installation of manholes, trenching, puckout, and cable pulling.Read, understand, and implement project plans, drawings, and documents accurately.Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of tasks on site.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.Maintain proper documentation and progress reports.Requirements / QualificationsProven experience in telecom civil projects.Ability to read and interpret project plans and documents.Valid Iqama with at least 6 months validity.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of safety practices and site regulations.
