Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, concreting, formwork, and structural works.Coordinate with project engineers and site management to ensure timely progress of work.Ensure all civil works comply with SAUDI ARAMCO standards, drawings, and safety regulations.Monitor work quality and inspect materials and workmanship.Manage and supervise labor force, subcontractors, and equipment on site.Maintain safety standards and ensure all personnel follow safety procedures.Keep detailed records of daily work activities, progress reports, and inspection reports.Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.Qualifications: Relevant diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or Construction.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on SAUDI ARAMCO Oil & Gas pipeline or infrastructure projects.Proven knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in Saudi Arabia and available for immediate joining.
