Major Responsibilities:Responsible for discipline based technical oversight and compliance of contractors, ensuring works are carried out as per the drawings, specifications and standards, as per schedule and ensures compliance to ES&H plans, quality standards and local/national regulatory safety codesResponsible for coordinating across disciplines and with Engineering to provide timely and accurate information for the Construction teamsMonitor performance within the discipline of the installation contractors, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems. From time to time, will need to work across disciplinesLead site based technical coordination with contractors, engineers, client, and other stakeholdersLeads input to ensure continuous construction work fronts availability through review of look ahead schedules, commodity charts, resource charts, engineering deliverables, material delivery schedules and any other service requirements including contractor submittalsEnsures required permits and licenses are in place prior to the start of the specific work at site. Verifies compliance with Permit and License requirements and stipulationsYou will be reviewing and approving the contractors submittals, technical queries, Field change documents and other technical documents including Drawings and As-BuiltsYou will be ensure all materials and equipment on the site fully comply with international standard and technical specification requirementsEnsure the closure of project is systematic and complete in all respectsMaintaining an effective relationship with other functional departments and coordinates all jobsite contractual activitiesProvide guidance and technical advice to the Construction Civil Engineers, contractors and monitor their performanceCoordinates and monitors interfaces with other contractors, lead the review meetingsEducation and Experience Requirements:Requires bachelors degree in Civil (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.Required Knowledge and Skills:Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills at varying levels of the organization.Ability to work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to effectively influence outcomes and escalate issues appropriately.Must be a self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.Previous, related, working experience in the middle-east is highly preferred.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
